We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Refunds and Returns

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding, replacing, or repairing a product if it:

- Is faulty

- Is not as describe

- Does not do what it is supposed to do

Digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Retreat and Workshops have their own Cancellation policy which you will agree to prior to securing a spot.

5. Coaching and Disclaimer

Any coaching, mentoring or educational information provided via the Site is for general guidance only. Results are not guaranteed and vary from individual to individual.

By participating in coaching, courses, or events, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
