Women
As the sun rose over the ocean, an intimate group of women gathered barefoot in the sand, wrapped in early morning softness, laughter, and quiet anticipation.
This sunrise edition of Embrace You was a gentle beginning to the day and a powerful return to self.
With the rhythm of the waves as our soundtrack, women were invited to slow down, soften, and be seen. Through reflection, connection, and playful self-expression, each woman was witnessed exactly as she was: fresh-faced, undone, and radiant in the early morning light.
There was something sacred about meeting ourselves at sunrise. A remembering that before the world asks anything of us, we are already enough.
A heart-felt day of self-expression, embodiment, and magnetic storytelling!
The Voice, Visibility, Vibes workshop was a place for women to play, reconnect with their voice, release visibility fears, and step into their authentic power.
We explored how to create and share our stories with confidence and heart through content for each person’s personal brand and business.
The space was filled with laughter, tears, sisterhood, and the kind of energy that lingers long after, a celebration of women remembering that their presence, their voice, and their vibe are enough.
Set amongst the lush hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, the Radiance Retreat was a weekend of reconnection, rest, and renewal.
Designed for women ready to soften, slow down, and return to their inner glow, the experience blended gentle movement, meditation, soulful workshops, and nourishing food with moments of laughter, stillness, and sisterhood.
Over three transformative days, this beautiful group of women released old stories, reignited self-trust, and remembered what it feels like to shine from within.
Set in vibrant Canggu, the EYH CEO Mode Retreat brought together visionary men and women ready to elevate their business and mindset for the year ahead.
Over seven transformative days, we blended strategy with soul: mapping goals, refining offers, creating magnetic content, and stepping into their next-level leadership.
Between poolside masterminds, sunrise yoga, learning to surf, getting uncomfortable in ice baths, and epic brainstorming sessions, CEO Mode was a powerful reminder that success flows when purpose, action, and alignment collide.
Tucked away on the serene shores of Coomba Bay, this retreat was a space for the action takers ready to elevate their online presence and create content that truly connects.
Across three days of strategy sessions, collaborative workshops, and creative flow, participants crafted systems that simplify, messages that convert, and content that felt aligned.
More than just a retreat, it was a reminder that you’re never alone in building your business: community, creativity, and courage grow stronger together.
Domestic Violence impacts the lives of women at an alarming rate. It is a reoccurring issue that arises in many of the spaces that I have held and the conversations had with women over the years.
On a beautiful warm winters day, women from all walks of life came together to Shine a light on Domestic Violence with a charity lunch at The Surf Club Mooloolabah. We heard stories from survivors, volunteers, and front line support people who are doing the work daily to create change around the systemic problems many face when leaving a violent domestic situation.

In February 2024, 10 women came together for the beginning of Shine. A photoshoot to help tell the stories of women who have lived experience of different forms of domestic and family violence. 8 women in front of the camera and 2 behind the lens.
Each person’s experience, vastly different and the path to healing and transformation just as varied. Each of the woman who participated expressed the feeling of reclamation that they felt in being part of the experience. Thank you to each of you for creating this with us.

We were thrilled to be able to raise $2000 for Lilly House.
Lilly House is a charity on the Sunshine Coast with a vision to provide women in crisis with a loving, safe environment, where they receive support and training in valuable life skills, to empower them to be great mothers, who provide their children with strong stable foundations so they can flourish.
Our first women’s only retreat was full of the most incredible transformations.
This retreat was a space for women to reclaim their voice, their body, their stories, and their personal power.
A blend of movement, relaxation, mindset, and creative expression, we explored the limiting beliefs holding us back and what we needed to feel safe, have fun, and take ownership of our business and life.
Born from a desire to help women reconnect with themselves, the Embrace You Experience offered a safe, nurturing space to release perfectionism, rediscover self-worth, and honour the body’s wisdom.
Through journaling, gentle movement, meditation, and open-hearted conversation, women were guided to embrace every part of who they are: the messy, the magical, and everything in between.
What began as a single workshop became a movement of women remembering their power, their softness, their courage, and their truth across multiple experiences both on the coast and in the bush.
Awaken was born from a simple intention: to create a space where women could slow down, breathe, and remember themselves.
Held within the walls of the Beachmere community hall, this women’s circle - created by Aaria Clair and myself - wove together gentle yoga, sound healing, and energy clearing to awaken the senses and soften the soul. It was an invitation to drop out of the noise of everyday life and into the quiet wisdom of the body.
As vibrations moved through the room and breath guided us home, something shifted, layers released, nervous systems settled, and hearts opened. Awaken wasn’t about doing more or becoming something new. It was about peeling back the layers and returning to what was already there.
A sacred pause.
A remembering.
A collective exhale.
